This is definitely worth a visit. Each cup of ice cream is $7 so it isn’t exactly cheap but watching the staff create a masterpiece is worth it! Flavors are blended into the cream, which is then rolled and places into your cup. They’ll add whatever toppings you want and the finished product is AMAZING!

You won’t get tired by seeing the way the make their ice-cream. While they have limited types of ice-cream, I think 8-9, but enough variety to cater to everyone’s likes. They serve in a single size cup. The ice-cream is huge enough to make it worth $7. A definite place to visit just to see the way they make their ice-cream.

Great staff, everyone was very friendly. The ice cream well very balanced and the toppings were fresh. We got the matcha green tea. As you can tell in the pic, it was very pleasing to the eyes. Definitely a great place to stop by for a quick sweet bite!

After seeing pictures and reading posts all summer about 10Below I finally made my way to Chinatown to check it out. This place did not disappoint! I went around 7 pm and the line wasn’t wrapping around the block like I had expected. It still took about 15 minutes to get through the line but it was so worth it. The staff was so knowledgable and made making my dish look like such a work of art. I got the Monkey Business and was in heaven! This place is definitely a great find!

I feel like I just went to an ice cream rave. Awesome music, that was a plus. ‘Monkey Business’ was AMAZING. Home made right in front of me and such a different take on ice cream. It’s clearly a hot commodity because it was SO crowded but well worth the wait.

2 hours 20 mins to get the thai inspired extravagance. If you have nothing, go and try to hang on in the long cue in a tiny place with loud music. Glad the icecream was MORE THAN WORTH IT
